Ghana’s Black Princesses have arrived in Kampala ahead of the second leg of their final round qualifier against Uganda Women’s U20 Team in the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup qualifiers.
Coach Charles Sampson and his squad departed Ghana on Wednesday afternoon ahead of the crucial encounter scheduled for Saturday, May 9.
A 23-player squad travelled with the technical team for the fixture, which could determine Ghana’s qualification for another FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup tournament.
The Black Princesses hold a first-leg advantage after fighting back from a goal down to secure a 2-1 victory over Uganda at the Accra Sports Stadium last Sunday.
The return leg will be played in Kampala on Saturday, with kick-off set for 13:00 GMT.
The Black Princesses are chasing an eighth consecutive appearance at the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, which will be hosted in Poland in September.
