The Ghanaian musician’s response comes as no surprise, considering the massive success of his sophomore album “Iron Boy”. Released in April 2025, “Iron Boy” has shattered multiple records and cemented Black Sherif’s position as one of Ghana’s most successful artistes.
The album has dominated streaming platforms, with nine of its tracks occupying the top 10 spots on Spotify’s Most Streamed Songs list.
When asked if he anticipated the album’s massive reception, Black Sherif revealed that he did, showcasing his confidence in his craft.
“Iron Boy” has not only resonated with Ghanaian audiences but has also gained international recognition, with Black Sherif becoming the first Ghanaian artiste to occupy the top 12 spots on Apple Music Ghana’s Top 100 simultaneously.
