    Ghanaian singer Cina Soul has responded to criticism from music producer GuiltyBeatz over the direction of her music career, defending the diversity of songs on her recently released album. GuiltyBeatz said that the artist should “get back to the soul music” in a post on X.

Cina Soul responded by expressing frustration at the public criticism and disclosing that it had made her more vulnerable to trolling. The singer went on to highlight several tracks from her latest album that she believes still reflect her soulful sound and artistic depth.

Cina Soul added that constant public commentary about her music can sometimes become overwhelming. “Sometimes the commentary is exhausting I’m ngl,” she admitted.
