The Ghana National Fire Service has contained a fire outbreak at the Coral Paint headquarters in Adabraka, Accra.
According to the GNFS, firefighters from the Industrial Area Fire Station responded after receiving a distress call through the Fire Master Control at about 12:38 p.m.
The fire crew arrived at the scene around 12:49 p.m. and found that the blaze had affected a recording studio on the second floor of the building.
Preliminary investigations suggest the fire may have started from an electrical fault.
The incident occurred on Saturday, May 16, 2026.
Firefighters managed to control the fire at about 1:46 p.m.
The team fully extinguished the flames within three minutes after bringing the situation under control.
The fire damaged parts of the wooden décor and some studio equipment in the affected area.
However, the GNFS confirmed that no injuries or deaths were recorded.
Officials say investigations into the exact cause of the fire are ongoing.
