Absa Bank Ghana LTD has appointed Stephen Ato Frimpong as Chairman of its Board of Directors, effective Thursday, October 1, 2026.  He joined the bank as  an Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Absa Bank Ghana LTD on 1st March 2021. Mr. Frimpong had since been appointed and is currently the Chairman of the Board’s Audit sub committee effective September 2024, and Chairman of the Board’s Social, Sustainability and Ethics sub-committee (SSEC) effective April 2025.
