Priscilla Ofori, popularly known as Odo Broni and widow of late Ghanaian music icon Daddy Lumba (born Charles Kwadwo Fosuh), has filed a defamation lawsuit seeking GH¢10 million in damages against TikToker Cyndy Emma Koomson, widely known as Queen Emma.

The suit was lodged at the High Court (General Jurisdiction) in Accra on April 20, 2026.

According to the statement of claim, Ofori and her six children have allegedly been subjected to sustained cyberbullying and what her legal team describes as a coordinated online harassment campaign involving the defendant and associated individuals.

The filing accuses Queen Emma of using her TikTok platform to publish defamatory content described as “vile and vituperative,” including allegations that Ofori bribed a judge to influence a previous legal matter relating to her late husband’s funeral arrangements.

Further claims outlined in the writ state that the defendant accused Ofori of infidelity, questioned the paternity of her children, and publicly called for DNA testing. The suit also references allegations that Ofori was responsible for her husband’s death, alongside the use of derogatory language directed at her.

Through her legal representatives at Cardinal Law Group, Ofori is seeking a court order compelling the defendant to retract the statements and issue an unqualified apology.

The reliefs being sought include the publication of the apology as full-page advertisements in the Daily Graphic for four consecutive Mondays, as well as across the defendant’s social media platforms.

In addition to the retraction and apology, Ofori is pursuing GH¢10 million in damages, comprising GH¢3 million in general damages and GH¢7 million in aggravated damages. Her legal team argues that the alleged statements were made with malice and demonstrate a deliberate disregard for her reputation.
