The Ghana Export-Import Bank has signed a series of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with five local companies as part of efforts to strengthen Ghana’s export capacity and accelerate industrial development.

The beneficiary firms—Freshsaco Foods Exports Limited, Buntaa Farms Limited, Nadkansco Company Limited, Northshore Apparel Ghana Limited, and TKS Packaging & Printing Limited—are expected to benefit from enhanced collaboration, as well as targeted financial and technical support aimed at boosting production and export readiness.

Executives of the participating companies described the initiative as a timely intervention, noting that it presents an opportunity to unlock growth within their respective sectors. They also reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring the success of the partnerships and contributing meaningfully to Ghana’s export development agenda.

Chief Executive Officer of GEXIM Bank, Sylvester Adinam Mensah, commended the initiative, expressing confidence that the agreements would deliver tangible results. He emphasised that the partnerships reflect the bank’s ongoing commitment to supporting local enterprises and promoting sustainable, export-led economic growth.

The agreements were signed during the bank’s international conference, held as part of activities marking its 10th anniversary.
