A birthday message from Rockson-Nelson Dafeamekpor to Ebi Bright has sparked widespread reactions on social media after many users realised for the first time that the two politicians are married.
The Member of Parliament for South Dayi and Majority Chief Whip shared the message on his X page on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, accompanied by photos of the Tema Mayor.
In the post, Mr Dafeamekpor described Ebi Bright as a brilliant woman, a loving wife and a caring mother while celebrating her birthday.
“A very Special Happy Birthday wishes to this brilliant woman, a sweet wife and a wonderful mother,” he wrote.
“From the entire family, we wish you good health & the fortitude of mind to continue to transform your beloved Tema, as Mayor. Tons of Love & a mighty hug from me & the kids. Spiritus Invictus!!!”
