Nigerian music executive and Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy, has revealed that while he has the financial means to acquire a private jet, he prefers to focus on more meaningful investments and responsibilities.
Speaking in a recent interview, the award-winning producer and entrepreneur explained that flaunting luxury assets is not his focus at this stage in life. Instead, he prioritizes long-term stability, family, and business growth.
“I’ve been blessed enough for a long time to be able to afford any type of car I want or even buy a private jet. But I have more important things to take care of. Nothing beats investment,” Don Jazzy said.
He added that fame and wealth should not push individuals to make unnecessary financial decisions just to impress others, emphasizing that he prefers a modest lifestyle despite his success in the music industry.
As the founder of Mavin Records, Don Jazzy continues to invest in the future of Afrobeats, mentoring and managing global stars like Rema, and Ayra Starr, while promoting creativity and sustainability in African music.
