President John Dramani Mahama has honoured the Overall Best Cadet at the Ghana Military Academy (GMA) Parade, celebrating excellence, discipline, and leadership within the Ghana Armed Forces.
The colourful parade, attended by senior military officers, government officials, families, and invited guests, marked a significant milestone in the training and development of future military leaders. It showcased the cadets’ commitment to service, resilience, and dedication to national duty.
Presenting the award, President Mahama commended the Overall Best Cadet for exceptional performance in academics, military training, and leadership throughout the rigorous training period. He described the achievement as a reflection of hard work, consistency, and an unwavering sense of responsibility.
“The nation takes pride in young men and women who demonstrate excellence and discipline in service to Ghana,” the President noted, urging the cadets to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in their military careers.
