The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Ghana Limited has officially launched its My SmartCoke digital platform at a ceremony held on Friday, October 17, 2025, at the Marriott Hotel in Accra, introducing a seamless online experience for beverage orders, event planning, and vendor coordination.

The platform, developed in partnership with Adroit 360, a leading Ghanaian digital solutions company, allows consumers, institutions, and event planners to order Coca-Cola products and connect with service providers, including photographers, DJs, and MCs, through its built-in Smart Planner feature.

Although the My SmartCoke name first appeared in 2018, this marks its first official launch, now featuring an expanded system that integrates new Coca-Cola product lines, advanced ordering tools, and secure payment options.

Speaking at the launch, Bethel Yeboah, the Director of Corporate Affairs and Public Relations Officer for Coca-Cola Ghana, said the platform reflects the company’s commitment to digital transformation and customer convenience.

He explained that users can easily order beverages for events, institutions, or personal use, choosing from a variety of payment options, including mobile money, debit, and credit cards, all secured with one-time PIN verification.

Mr. Yeboah noted that deliveries can be scheduled based on consumer preference and added that Ghanaians abroad can now conveniently order for loved ones at home.

He emphasized that the new platform aligns with Ghana’s 24-hour economy vision, providing around-the-clock access to products and services.

Currently available as a web-based platform (www.mysmartcoke.com), plans are underway to launch a mobile application soon.
