Police in Ilorin, Nigeria’s Kwara State, have arrested a barbershop owner in connection with the death of his girlfriend during sexual intercourse.
According to reports, the event happened on Monday at a guest house in Ilorin’s Temidire neighborhood, Offa Garage area.
The couple had gone to the guest house to have fun, but it all ended tragically and fatally.
The young woman became exhausted throughout their sexual encounter and eventually dozed asleep. She immediately stopped reacting at this point and tragically died. According to sources, as soon as the man understood how terrible things were, he activated the alarm, summoning the staff of the guest house to investigate.
The young lady’s comatose body was taken to a local hospital, where officials confirmed her dead.
As required by law, the proprietor of the guest house reported the event to the Police ‘A’ Division in Ilorin, and the middle-aged barber was arrested.
The incident was confirmed by SP Okasanmi Ajayi, the Police Public Relations Officer, who also stated that a comprehensive investigation was underway to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the young woman’s tragic death.
A 23-year-old woman was recently arrested after her 59-year-old lover died in her apartment during lunchtime sex.
Beth Wanjiku, the young woman, was reportedly apprehended and detained at the Kitengela Police Station in Kenya’s Kajiado County.
Prior to his unexplained death on Wednesday, October 18, Joshua Stephen Muirui, the deceased, paid a visit to his sweetheart at her rental home on Balozi Road, according to TUKO.co.ke.
Wanjiku said to the police that she had cooked and had a meal with Muirui prior to their mutual consenting to engage in sexual activity.
They took her prepared pork stew and ugali for lunch. He said they should go to the bedroom after eating. According to a police report, which TUKO.co.ke cited, “he fell unconscious as they were making love at around 4 pm.”
The suspect, sensing danger, called her lover’s buddy to ask for assistance in getting him to the hospital. Following an urgent trip to the Pona Hospital, he was declared deceased.
