Ikea, the globally renowned furniture retailer, has made headlines at CES 2026 with the introduction of its latest gadget: the Kallsup portable Bluetooth speaker. Priced at just $9.99, this compact speaker emphasizes affordability without compromising on sound quality.

After concluding its partnership with Sonos last year, Ikea has shifted its strategy in the realm of audio products, placing a strong focus on design and value. Despite its diminutive size—measuring merely 2.75 inches—early hands-on reviews have praised the Kallsup for delivering surprisingly robust sound.

The Kallsup features a replaceable battery that allows for up to nine hours of playback at moderate volume levels, and users can conveniently recharge it via a USB-C port. While it may not compete with larger, more powerful speakers in terms of volume, the Kallsup can connect wirelessly with up to 100 additional speakers, making it possible to amplify sound across larger spaces.

Ikea showcased various color options, including white, pink, and lime green; however, at present, the speaker is only available in white and green through its U.S. online store.

For those seeking an affordable, stylish way to enjoy music on the go, the Kallsup could be an excellent addition to any collection.
