Eric Dane the actor known for his role as Sloan on Grey’s Anatomy is being diagnosed with ALS. The disease has left him with one functioning arm the left one.
ALS a nervous system that weakens muscles and impacts physical function. This is currently what Eric is experiencing.
In an interview with Good Morning America, he said he has one functioning arm he lost his dominant arm but his left arm has a few more months left he feels it and he is worried about losing his leg.
His CoStar Jensen Ackles has been supporting Eric during this difficult time. He called him a “total stud” and talked on how he admired him. Jensen was with him during his interview with Extra Tv and says the work keeps him busy.
Many of his fans shared their support on social media making edits and commenting on their social media. They are mostly saddened and wishing Eric best of luck.
His situation is a sad one because of how rapidly it’s affecting him and the fact there isn’t a cure. Even after all he is going through he still remains positive and is still hard at work. He is a reminder to keep pushing regardless of your situation.
