Fella Makafui, a Ghanaian actress, has finally come out about her horrible experience with false charges and cyberbullying.

The purported sex video controversy, she claims, took a toll on her mental health, showing how close she was too severely giving up on life.

She recalled how she was about to give up since she didn’t know how to deal with the pain.

Mrs. Frimpong bared all in an interview with 3FM, recounting how her celebrity nearly destroyed her life.

In her most recent interview, she spoke out to AJ Sarpong about her sadness after being accused of participating in a leaked adult film. She couldn’t take the insults, and the humiliation harmed her mental health, she claimed. Fella Makafui revealed that it was Shatta Wale’s wisdom and encouragement that helped her get out of those terrible times.

“I had a nervous breakdown a few years ago and nearly killed myself.” I was having a meeting with my manager when he phoned me and said, “Precious, I need to tell you something.” He said, “I know you can’t do something like this, but I want you to be honest with me.” I responded, “Okay, what’s up?” He said, “Oh, your tape.” What happened to my sex tape? Where? And then it quickly escalated, and I was like, I can’t take it anymore.

Shatta Wale rescued me from the squabble. He called to confirm that it wasn’t me in the video and that the girl had a tattoo on her back, which I don’t. If Shatta hadn’t contacted me that night, I would have pondered suicide.”

Fella Makafui rose to prominence after appearing in the youth series “YOLO.” Her love and marriage to rapper AMG Medikal later became viral, propelling her to celebrity status.
