On November 4, 2023, Shatta Wale was supposed to perform at The Hangar in Wolverhampton; however, the event has been canceled.
Shatta Movement Records claims that the promoters disregarded the expectations and protocol that Shatta Wale’s management had requested.
The concert’s organizers, Bizzle Entertainment, responded by releasing a press release regarding Shatta Wale management’s unannounced cancellation of the event.
Bizzle Entertainment made it clear that they had complied with all contractual obligations and that they had made a good faith payment of the first 50%, demonstrating their commitment to making sure the event was a success.
Shatta Wale was incensed by the statement and called out the show promoters in a social media tirade.
“Leave some of these Ghanaian promoters overseas alone; if you try to assist them, they’ll run cheap shit.
They are aware of my inability to be paid; I was merely attempting to reach out to SM fans who were eager to meet Shatta Wale, not that cheap twenty thousand pounds, of which they sent half to Alordia. The money is more or less chop am.

Shatta went on to say, “This is the reason I don’t like traveling because these fuckers think Shatta Wale is just like every artiste and forget they’re dealing with a business mogul who doesn’t take nonsense!!!” in Facebook comments.
