After receiving a psychiatric evaluation, the popular TikTok pair Empress Lupita and her husband, ‘Godpapa The Greatest,’ have returned to court.
The court has deemed the couple mentally ill and incompetent to face trial, despite their appearance now appearing more nourished and healthy. The suspected murder of Empress Lupita and her husband, “Godpapa The Greatest,” is the subject of an ongoing prosecution.
In interviews and TikTok videos, Empress Lupita and Godpapa made the allegation that they had sacrificed their kid to rescue the world. The pair was arrested in May 2023 after the public clamoured for them to be questioned in response to the statements.
In a recent development, the court determined that Empress Lupita and Godpapa are mentally ill and are not fit to stand trial after ordering the couple to undergo a psychiatric test due to a string of odd behaviors the couple displayed in court throughout their legal procedures.
A report by the Accra Psychiatric Hospital served as the basis for the court’s ruling. According to Ama Brako, a reporter for Angel FM, the examination was carried out by a senior physician at the Psychiatric Hospital, and the physician’s evaluation indicated a history of mental instability going back about 11 years.
