In celebration of International Women’s Day, women entrepreneurs and leaders are set to come together for the first-ever Bloom Her Brunch & Workshop 2026, an initiative aimed at advancing women’s economic empowerment under the theme: “Women’s Economic Empowerment: Building Financially Secure Futures.”
The event promises to go beyond inspiration, equipping participants with practical skills and essential business knowledge to achieve lasting financial independence. Attendees will engage in hands-on workshops featuring crafts such as crochet, nail art, and jewelry making. In parallel, industry experts will provide guidance on crucial business practices, including packaging, pricing, marketing, and monetization, helping participants transform their creative talents into sustainable income streams.
Highlighting the significance of international collaboration, the event will feature Her Excellency Simone Giger, Swiss Ambassador to Ghana, as Special Guest of Honour. Ambassador Giger emphasized the importance of fostering financial independence for young women, stating, “I’m looking forward to exciting discussions. This topic is particularly relevant and timely as it pertains to women’s economic empowerment and financial security.”
A key feature of the day will be a panel discussion titled “From Skills to Income: The Business Side of Your Talent,” which will showcase the experiences of successful Ghanaian women entrepreneurs. Panelists include renowned content creators and business leaders such as Juliana Amoateng, Bibiana Gyasi of Cheflifestyle, Jennifer Kupler of JKU Creations, Tyson Sariyu Dornukie of The Northern Braid Bar, and Florence Narh of Chef Mamle.
